I decided to fully refurbish the bumpers - which meant completely dismantling them, getting the stainless steel blades polished, and all the bracketery, ducting etc. powder coated.

The photo above shows the 3-part air duct being removed from the back of the front bumper - which is itself made in 3 major parts.

Photos such as this were very useful to the re-assembly process (which is not always as obvious as you might think).
